The Backstory
Dickies Arena came to us with a dilemma. They were receiving interest and traction with their ticket sales for an arena specific event, but with only two weeks until their event date, they weren’t satisfied with their sales.
They wanted to see what we could do with a lean budget and targeted social ads on platforms that they already had an audience with.

The Process
We started by getting specific about who actually wanted to be there. Instead of showing ads to a broad, general audience, we built a custom audience based on the music genres, artists, and live event interests that matched the show's crowd. This meant the ads were reaching people who were already inclined to say yes, not just anyone scrolling by.
From there, we layered on a second strategy: reminding the people who were closest to buying.
Anyone who had already visited the ticketing page but hadn't purchased yet saw a follow-up ad bringing them back to finish what they started. Pairing these two approaches, reaching the right audience first, then re-engaging the ones who were almost there, meant every dollar of the budget was working as hard as possible.
